Therefore, it is ensured that the semi-products produced are only subject to be further processed if its tolerance corresponds as well as that welded objects can be adjusted in its position before bending in order that the tolerance can be guaranteed. The WSS 8205.LLT is based on the laser line triangulation principle. The system inspects the weld seam parameters for defects such as undercuts and movements or the angle between the objects welded. In the case of complex geometry it can be operated by a robot. Entering CAD files, robot motions are automatically simulated which enable fully-automatically inspection. Additionally, Teach In of the tracks is offered by a master part.
