At the “K” 2013 in Düsseldorf, Micro-Epsilon will introduce a number of measurement solutions for the plastics industry. For example, inline thermography for injection moulding production will be presented globally for the first time. In addition, visitors will see a wide range of non-contact infrared temperature sensors for high speed in-process measurements on sensitive surfaces.
Micro-Epsilon is also introducing the latest thicknessCONTROL 8X01.EO model. This system measures the thickness profile of blown film, flat film and rubber sheets, based on distance signals and is independent of material constants and surface quality. In particular, the system offers benefits for thicker products, such as thermoformed sheets or rubber sheets, as it offers excellent precision with large measuring gaps.
Come and visit us at stand 11A37 to have a look at idiamCONTROL, a system for the internal inspection of 8-shaped bore holes in extrusion equipment. The new model boasts a processing unit with touch screen and USB connection for data transfer.
We look forward to seeing you in Hall 11 / Stand 11A37.
